The breakfast was a strong plus. It was vast and varied and always well presented. The location is really good AS it is virtually next door to Buckingham Palace. There are numerous underground stations within a five minute walk.
The room was dingy and outdated and I looked straight into a brick wall. Just about everything was broken. The towel rack was falling off the wall, and the bath tub drain was broken.

i was charmed by my stay. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the beautiful courtyard was a pleasure to walk through (i did so every morning!). the location made sightseeing very easy.

the hotel is close to a tube station, made traveling around very convenient. buckingham palace is only a short walk away. westminster abbey is also easily accessible from this location.

the front office staff were well-trained. the concierge team stood out because of their excellent service. the doorman, leo, offered very helpful recommendations and assistance .

the location was quite convenient. i liked its proximity to major attractions. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help when needed. the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere.
the room was not as clean AS expected. there was also some noise from outside in the morning. the breakfast area got very busy and chaotic.
